The Lawrence Phi Iota Chapter performed one activity during the 2019-2020 academic year. The activity was the fall semester initiation ceremony held on December 6, 2019. The chapter intended to hold another initiation ceremony in the fall but canceled the event due to COVID-19. We perform the initiation ritual as it is in the chapter guide. Upon completing the ritual, the new members then receive their choice of either a pendent or a charm. The Chapter also planned to participate in the College of Engineering Honors Banquet where all Engineering Honor Societies get recognized and students of outstanding achievements get recognized. Unfortunately, this event also was canceled due to COVID-19.
