Make sure to include a copy of the completed form in the envelope. Please do not staple check to the form.
You may also pay via direct deposit from your bank account to the PTS bank. When you try to make payments to Pi Tau Sigma through direct deposit, please make sure you choose the ACH type payment (Automated Clearing House) also known as person-to-person or electronic transfer, which is free to both you and Pi Tau Sigma. Please do not use wire transfer, Zelle, Venmo or similar. If you make your payment online through your bank there will be no need to mail the paper copy of your excel sheet. Make sure to identify your chapter and reason for payment (registration, regalia, etc) when you make your direct deposit payment and send an email to sectreas@pitausigma.org indicating that you processed your direct deposit, and the amount you paid, while attaching a copy of your registration form or regalia order to your email.
Many banks do have this free direct deposit payment service. Typically, after logging in to your online banking account, go to Payments. One of the choices you would see is Pay a Person, which is what you want. Some banks may say ACH, others may say electronic transfer. When you click on that, it will ask you to add a person. Then you can call that person Pi Tau Sigma, and it will ask you for the routing number, account number, and amount that you want to pay.
